Lake Moogerah lies just outside of Boonah at the foot of the Great Dividing Range and is home to an abundance of native Australian wildlife, including the magnificent Wedge-Tailed Eagle. This shot was taken from a boat whilst exploring the inlets and surrounding cliffs of the lake. The eagle emerged suddenly from high above the cliffs and soared effortlessly overhead oblivious to our presence below.
